Status of this document

This is a practical baseline policy for launch readiness. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal terms.

Service scope

Codexpertise provides a bilingual business portal, documentation, support intake, and account/API workflow services for Codex-style AI coding agent usage. We do not claim official partnership, agency, reseller status, or endorsement from OpenAI.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your account activity, the lawfulness of your inputs and outputs, your own project data, and the way your team uses Codexpertise services. You must not rely on Codexpertise for unlimited usage, guaranteed availability, or any unconfirmed service level.

API key responsibility

You are responsible for keeping API keys, dashboard credentials, tokens, and Authorization headers confidential. Do not send secrets through public pages, tickets, Telegram, email, screenshots, or shared logs. If a key may be exposed, rotate it promptly and contact support with redacted context only.

Billing, quota, and changes

Quota, billing, recharge flows, and access limits depend on the plan or service configuration shown in the dashboard or confirmed in writing. We may update pricing, technical limits, or support processes, but we will avoid retroactive or hidden promises.

Contact

For account, billing, support, refund, or policy questions, use the contact site at https://contact.codexpertise.com or the support paths listed in the documentation.
